“I was hesitant to purchase this chair as some reviews said it was small and child size. This is absolutely not true. I added a photo of my 6’2, 220 lb husband sitting in it. We bought it to replace a worn-out chair in our RV. It comes in 2 pieces. In the photo, you will see the brackets the back slides into. That’s it. It’s all you have to do as far as an assembly.
The bottom fits through an RV door easily and then you can attach the back inside your RV. It is super comfortable. It swivels and glides. The armrests are like memory foam. They are so soft. See pictures. We sprayed scotch guard on it before putting it in the Rv. The chair is well built and heavy enough that it won’t slide around when driving down the road but it could be bolted down as well. See pics of the bottom if you interested in doing that. Love this rocker! Put it together earlier this week and it is super comfortable and surprisingly roomy. The chair is low to the ground and has a slightly reclined back. Provides a gentle rock on carpeted floor, and even more movement on a hardwood floor.
Putting it together was a bit frustrating, but IMO the chair is great and worth a bit of effort. Don’t tighten down all of the bolts until you have them ALL aligned and screwed in place loosely and you’ll avoid my pain. 4/5 review because, though this is a nice wood piece, you can totally tell from the bolt hole cuttings that this is made in an assembly line or warehouse. The bolt holes were functional and placed correctly, but the cuts aren’t clean. I was sad to see the lack of care in those details, but the overall quality for this price is not bad.
