We camp a ton and needed something more comfortable. delivery was fast and set up was easy. The mattress its wrapped in plastic and comes in a box. included was a letter opener type cutter for opening the plastic without damaging the mattress. Once open it inflated quickly. Directions say to leave for 72 hours to completely expand. 4 days later we were able to go camp and test it out. HUGE difference!
