When you’re just starting out, choosing the right camera for yourself can be quite overwhelming, given that there are so many options and models for different uses. It really depends on what features the camera has to offer, what style of photography you like, what additional lenses the camera supports, and mainly how much you’re willing to spend.
There is obviously no single best camera. Getting the most expensive one with the best features doesn’t mean it’s the right one for you. People who don’t need one for professional use might like something simpler, or some might want more video options than pictures. We’ve kept all kinds of users in mind and narrowed down some of the best cameras.
Minolta 20 Mega Pixels WiFiDigital Camera
“This is a great camera. Takes a little messing with to get the hang of the wifi and bluetooth function but once you get the hang of it it works great. I’ve always wanted a simple digital camera that can connect to my phone and this one is perfect for what I need. I am not a professional nor do I want to be. This takes beautiful clear pictures and I can share the ones I want easily. The color is really cool too ( avery bright purple) comes with all you need and an easy to charge battery. Case and strap too.”
Canon EOS 2000D / Rebel T7 Digital SLR Camera
“I bought this for my girlfriend because she is always taking photos up close and wasn’t getting the good quality. These lens and the camera itself take beautiful and very detailed photos. The auto focus is also something that makes it take amazing photos worth every penny for the whole kit.” — Cody
Kodak PIXPRO Astro Zoom AZ421-RD 16MP Digital Camera

Panasonic LUMIX FZ300 Long Zoom Digital Camera
“After hauling around a bunch or gear when traveling, I decided an additional high quality point and shoot camera was required. When researching the models available for quality – price – reviews – weight – capabilities…etc this model said “just try me.” I did, and I was floored by the quality I’ve gotten from this little gem. I’ve taken 500 + images over the last 3 months- mostly birds in trees. The Resolution is amazing, there may only be 12MP, but they are exquisite. I did do some complaining as I got use to using a view screen instead of a view finder, but adjusted to it quickly. The f/2.8 lens – incredible in low light, and is even great in bright sunlight.” — R. Schwalk

These machines will truly change the way we perceive virtual reality, and I have been working with them for over 4 years now. Highly recommended for a multitude of business needs!” — Customer
Nikon COOLPIX B500 Digital Camera
“Really like the photo quality!” — Customer
Sony Alpha a6400 Mirrorless Camera
“Best Camera on the Market including all brands for the price and what you get. Hands down, just give up your money. I’ve owned the Nikon D3300, the Sony a6000, the Sony A7R, and even went BACK to crop sensor because of the price and features that this camera offers. If I had the money i would buy the A7iii but because I’m on a budget like most people here, this was the best photography purchase that I have made to contribute to my career. as a photographer. Best 3 Features in my opinion:”
“Sony’s Unmatched Realtime Eye-AF”
“The Stupid fast AF for both Photo and Video”
“Weight and Usability and Customizability!”
Sony (DSCW800) 20.1 MP Digital Camera

“I bought this for my wife who wasn’t quite ready for a full on DSLR camera. She just loves this camera for its ease of use and for the high quality pictures it takes. The built in telephoto lens takes excellent close ups of the wildlife she likes to shoot. She has gotten many, many compliments for some of her pictures and she has only had it a month or so. I would highly recommend this camera if you are not quite ready for a full on DSLR camera, but you still want high quality pictures.” — Customer
