This couch has survived things I try to suppress deeply, and the upholstery is VERY durable. The terrifying poop smear, gone and out just like that. The yogurt or red sauce stains from tiny fingers. Easy to remove and still looks new . The couch is durable against my cat trying to shred it, and it still looks new. “I purchased and Lauren couch and love seat in the Pepper color. I literally searched online and locally for the perfect couches. They had to be sturdy, good materials, deep seating, super comfortable. I also wanted stain resistant, easy to clean, and long enough for my 6’5 husband to stretch out on. I got all of that with these! They are absolutely fabulous. We have 2 little girls and you just wipe them clean. I’ve never been able to sleep on a couch but I can sleep in these with my little girls when they don’t want to go to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed! The material is buttery soft but thick. I was worried with reviews stating that it was bonded leather and scratched easily, but it scratches less than what I replaced it with, and it is NOT the bonded leather of the past. It looks and feels like genuine leather. It is a fraction of the cost of poorly made chesterfields I looked at. The color is beautiful, not as light as my pictures, and it is surprisingly comfortable. I have these is our main living area with a child and dog running in and out and climbing on them. The cushions are velcroed in, but not to the point you can’t remove them for vacuuming. The delivery was amazing, they were very well packaged, and the legs were securely placed in the bottom of the couch. “Sofa arrived this morning between 6am and 9am as requested. I forgot to request delivery inside to the living room so they left it at the front door and my husband had to drag it inside by himself. It literally took less than 30 minutes to unwrap and assemble. The brass legs are heavy and very sturdy and there’s one middle leg for extra support. My husband says it’s very doctor’s office chic and comfy and he needs more time to say it’s truly a comfortable sofa.
