Almost every girl you know has had a Barbie doll to play with in their childhood, they’ve been around for centuries. Once plastic looking and far from reality, Barbie dolls have also come a long way. They’ve evolved considerably over time – they come in all races, body types and abilities making them look realistic and relatable to every little girl.
You couldn’t find much variety back then. Even for accessories and barbie houses there was limited choice. With so many other toys around us Barbie dolls still haven’t lost its popularity amongst the little girls. “Very lovely doll. The Chair is great and I love that they include a ramp. I am hoping to help my granddaughters appreciate what handicapped people have to deal with every day. Their uncle, my son, is in a wheelchair. Accessibility is so important. So is compassion and empathy. I am glad this was available. The outfit is really cute, but most folks in wheelchairs don’t wear shorts. AND THOSE SHOES! Good heavens why? They don’t go with the outfit at all. “Our 4-year-old really likes the Barbie Rainbow Mermaid Doll. The item arrived about 3 days ago, 2 days later than planned due to the heavy snow storm.
